1. Consider the Wearer
This is the place to start. Your organization is most likely made up of employees with a wide variety of job functions – all working in different conditions and environments. The apparel needs of warehouse supervisors are very different from those of sales reps who spend most of the year on the road. You can buy one polo shirt and “make it work” or you can select a piece that meets the unique style and performance needs of your employees.

2. Create a Cohesive Look Through Branding and Materials

If you’re looking to maximize brand impressions, you can select pieces that your team can wear not only at work, but out for dinner and drinks when things might be a little more casual.
Also, don’t overlook the importance of decoration and branding when creating a piece that your sales team will want to wear out after a day of client meetings. A more subtle decoration scheme may encourage your employees to keep that great knit quarter zip on as they head to the restaurant.
